Red Velvet Protein Muffins

These were originally supposed to be a Red Velvet muffin, but the banana flavor comes out quite a bit. I topped mine with a little greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey. The nutrition on these is on point, let me know what you think! Have a ballin, fit weekend.

1 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup (about 2.5 scoops) Cellucor Red Velvet Protein Powder
2.5 large bananas
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 cup liquid egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 non fat greek yogurt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda

Bake at 350 F for 18-20 minutes
