Ab Blasting Workout


This is a great workout for abs, which are muscles that are more effectively trained with higher reps and lower resistance than other muscle groups. This makes a nice addition to a workout plan, or as a short workout on its own. I plan to put together more workouts with form/cues for you guys. Let me know what you think! Workout:
3-4 sets of hanging knee raises (can also be done in a captain's chair)
-reps to failure (cannot continue with form)
Rest 30-60 seconds between each set

3-6 planks
-on palms or forearms, hold for 45-90 seconds each
Rest 30-60 seconds between each plank

3-4 sets of bicycle crunches
-30-60 seconds each round

Rest 30-60 seconds in between each round
