Hey gym rats, I just wanted to share one of my old playlists from my indoor cycling classes. This one is about a year old, and these are meant to be 45 minute HIIT style workouts. I want to start sharing more playlists, recipes, and (when I get farther along in studying for my NASM-CPT) workouts! I received my at home study materials and have been going crazy reading in my free time.
